Heartland Fund is looking for a Senior Grants Associate to help lead and strengthen the systems, processes, and cross-team coordination behind our growing grantmaking work. This position stewards the full grants lifecycle, helping ensure that grantmaking is accurate, efficient, values-aligned, and responsive to grantees and program teams.
